So this was the 5th baby album I have purchased from this seller over the last 10 years. I had reached out several times with questions without a reply. Strange as her customer service was excellent in the past. Went ahead and placed an order anyway and am not happy with the album cover. Reached out to seller to return and still no reply. Very frustrated and disappointed as this used to be my ‘go to’ baby album with all of our other kids
